About me
Staci Koutsoukos, PhD, is an educational researcher and community literacy consultant and the founder of Community Insights Consulting. Her Spring 2026 dissertation examined caregiver experiences with the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, with a focus on how consistent access to books supports shared reading routines and shapes children’s reading identity.
Staci works alongside schools, libraries, and community organizations to translate research into practical, real-world strategies that strengthen family engagement and expand equitable access to literacy resources beyond the school day.
