About me
Gwen Swierczek has worked in public libraries since 2012, from shelving to paraprofessional to adult librarian, finally settling in children and youth librarianship. She has a Masters in Library and Information Science from Emporia University. She has created elaborate programming for people from all walks of life, including a massively successful teen trivia night that regularly saw 30 teen attendees once a quarter to eat pizza and talk about pop culture. She currently leads a book club for adults reading young adult books and a STEAM Lego book club for first to third graders, as well as storytime for younger children. Gwen’s hobbies include playing video games, sewing cosplays, and reading fantasy novels. She currently lives in Colorado.
