About me
Amanda Samland is the Head Librarian at Regis Jesuit High School, where she oversees both campus libraries and works to create welcoming, student-centered spaces that encourage reading, curiosity, and connection. She enjoys partnering with teachers, supporting student research, and developing programs that make the libraries an active and engaging part of school life. She especially enjoys hiding tiny toys throughout the libraries for students to find. Outside of the library, Amanda enjoys reading, drinking tea, hiking, and exploring - ideally all at the same time and in that order.
